That’s going to be tough! I’m a seamstress and I usually have to take items like this to the “shoe repair shop,” as they have powerful equipment for stitching the soles of shoes, straps, replacing heels, straps on purses and leather belts. Plus, the cat carrier is going to be very cumbersome and awkward in sewing, and you would need to have the right thread count to keep the stitching from further breakage. They would do a great job, and it would be quick. I wouldn’t want to attempt this feat at all. Way too time consuming and stressful!

Thing is, when we go walking at the park, he get’s tired so quickly. Is this normal? Should I worry? I generally walk for about an hour to 1hr 1/2. And I don’t mind carrying him in his pouch, but HE GET’S TIRED AFTER 5 OR 10 MINUTES OF WALKIN! I mean, he’s panting and looking at me like pick me up forcrying out loud! And he rides with me the rest of the walk. And I always give him water during and after the walk. But he still pants! Is the heat too much for his little 4lb. body? I live down south and excersize at noon. Should I leave him home somedays?

k i need to attach a cat carrier to my bike so i can take my cat with me when i ride cause she like to be outside but she can’t be an outdoor cat cause the neighbors cats start fights

On my bike I have a rear rack, so I just use bungee cords to tie the carrier down.

There are bike pet carrier/baskets. I saw some on Amazon.com
You also can put you cat in a bike trailer(the one use for little kids or one specially made for pets). You just have to make sure your cat can’t find it way out.

I’m taking my kittens to be Spayed at the beginning of December and they are terrified of the cat carrier. They are complete basket cases when they are put into one. What can I do to make them more comfortable?

Don’t force them to go in it. Leave it on the floor for them to explore when they want. You can also try tossing some toys or treats in there to encourage them to check it out, or you can even feed them in the carrier (with the door still open, not forcing them to go in).
