UMM MAKE HIM WALK????

I have a chihuahua and he is required to walk just like my 92lb boxer (not overweight. he is german lines and they are bred bigger), 75lb golden, and 70lb malinois.

The ONLY time my boy is picked up is for his safety.

you start carring him now and i can almost promise you …you will end up with aggressive issues/deffensive and possession issues.

make him walk

Q&A: How do I find the correct dog carrier for my dog?

Question by how yer doin’?: How do I find the correct dog carrier for my dog?
I am going to a family reunion in August and I would like to take my dog Sadie with me she is a Pomeranian/Yorkie mix she is 6 months old weighing about 3 pounds she is pretty small. The family reunion is on campgrounds and it is a whole weekend event and there will be lots of trees and grass and people and there dogs also. I am scared I might loose Sadie and never see her again or she will be eaten by another dog she is also very scared of other dogs besides the other one that we own. So I want to be hands free and I want to have peace of mind knowing that Sadie is safe and close to me! Do you know what type of dog carrier or anything like that would accomodate my needs?

Thanks!

Some airlines will allow small animals as your carry on, but most will not allow dogs in the cabin unless they are service animals. There are strict rules about this and the caging of dogs. The cage must be large enough for the dog to be comfortable, they must be able to lie down, stretch and sit/stand in the kennel.

It also depends where you are flying from and where you are going. Defra *UK* is the website to look at if any of your travel involves the UK.

There is a such thing as a pet passport, you need to have this arranged 6 months before any travel. Blood tests and a microchip need to be taken care of to join the PETS Scheme.

Good Luck
