If you have a small dog and need to take them with you then try this terrific front carrier. This legs-out carrier is perfect for senior dogs that may not be able to walk very far, but would love to come along for the ride. This video shows 13 year old Sheba, a wonderful Yorkie-Poo in her favourite way to travel. This padded front carrier is very comfortable and secure and she just loves being able to come with her owner instead of being left behind. This carrier lets dogs have their legs hang out rather than being squished, which for older dogs many times is a necessary feature to ensure comfort. This carrier can be found at: www.DogQuality.com

What is the best airline pet carrier for a 17 lb dog?

Question by ranchorelaxo6436: What is the best airline pet carrier for a 17 lb dog?
I have a 17 lb beagle/pug (puggle) and am looking for a good carrier that will meet airline requirements. Would like for it to be a roller/backpack type. I’m hearing that the Pet Gear brand bags are good but are not good for pets over 10-12 lbs. (even though they advertise up to 25 lbs) If any of you know of a good bag (especially from PETCO) please let me know

Do you have a Target near you? We found our dogs “plane bags” at target they were way cheaper then at petco and our dogs loved them they are 16lb and 19lbs so you might want to check it out if you have one. Good luck!
