Question by Model_Imoet: Has anyone flown international with Thai airways and took their pets in cabin? Do they allow soft carrier?
We’re planning on flying to Bangkok and take our small dogs in the cabin with us, it would be a lot easier to take them in the soft carrier bags, rather than the hard plastic ones. I’ve asked them a few times and still haven’t gotten a clear answer. We just want to be sure so that we wont run into problems when checking in on the day of the departure. Thanks!
They do allow international flight with pets in cabin, but they’re just being very unclear with the types of carrier, they did say the dimension, but I just need to know for sure about soft vs hard carrier.

I doubt you will be able to take them, especially in the cabin. You must get the written protocol for dogs to be sure to not be turned away at the gate. I am very serious here. I have seen it happen. If you are only going for a few weeks, best to leave them home. For all of you.

Chinese Cricket Carrier

This is the Chinese year of the cricket! The Chinese have always believe that the cricket brings good luck. A friend brought this cricket carrier over from China and I give a demonstration of how it works.

We look forward to meeting you and your Pouchi! …and remember Pamper your Pouchi with Style! Pouchi Couture Boutique & Barkery was established in November of 2007 after my husband and I decided to adopt a very adorable new born Maltese puppy we named Lacie. Like all parents or puppy owners, we wanted to pamper our little Lacie to no end. Our only problem was that Maui’s regular pet shops sold the usual drab and boring dog stuff. There just wasn’t anything for my Lacie to really SHINE in. Unless we bought all the glamorous and fashionable pet accessories on-line. However the long waiting, and the expensive shipping, and the mixed up orders was just too much to put up with. So we, my mother and I, decided to open a fun, Stylish and unique pet boutique in the heart of Kahului. Our vision is to have a place where you and your pet can have your own place to shop, and Pouchi Couture Boutique & Barkery promises to be just that. Customer service is our #1 priority and we value the relationships that we have with each and every person and pet that walk through our door

Where are you flying to? There are different regulations for different destinations. I was told Thai Airways only allows small pets in carriers on domestic flights, not international ones. Our dogs have always gone as cargo, never in the cabin.
